摘要
研究了光照、无光照以及储藏温度和时间对马铃薯表皮绿化和总配糖生物碱含量的影响.结果表明:在无光照条件下储藏20d,马铃薯表皮无绿化现象,而表皮和芽眼样品中龙葵素含量分别增加1.5%~73.5%和2.4%~86.2%;在有光照条件下储藏20d,马铃薯表皮绿化速度和程度随储藏温度升高而迅速增加,表皮和芽眼样品中龙葵素含量分别增加2.5%~189.1%和1.9%~233.8%,胚芽组织样品中龙葵素含量最高达137.3mg/100g.马铃薯龙葵素含量与发芽长度呈正相关,与表皮绿化无关.
The effects of lighting, storage time and storage temperature on the greening speed and total glycoalkaloids(TAG) content of potato were investigated. The result showed that there was no greening in the cortex of potatoes when they were stored under darkness for 20 days, however, the content of TAG in the cortex and the around the eyes increased from 1.5% to 73.5% and 2.4% to 86.2% respectively. When they were stored under lighting for 20 days, the greening speed of potatoes and the content of TGA increased rapidly with increasing the storage temperature, the content of TAG in the cortex and around the 233.8 % respectively as well as the content of TGA in sprouts loids of potato was positive-correlated with germinative degree, eye increased from 2.5% to 189.1% and 1.9% to could reach to 137.3mg/100g.
