摘要
以食用多糖为基材,研究了干燥温度、时间和不同的辅料等因素对多功能生物保鲜膜的物理和机械性能的影响.结果表明:以葡甘露聚糖为膜基材,用增塑剂、补强剂、脂质、乳化剂和天然防腐剂作为辅料,在30~40℃条件下烘干1h,可得到具有良好阻湿阻气性、一定强度和保健防腐等多功能的生物保鲜膜.
The effect of drying temperature, time and supplementary materials on the physical and mechanical properties of a multifunctional biological preservative film were studied. The preservative film was synthesized with an edible and medicinal polysaccharide. The results indicated that using the glucomannan as material, using plasticizer, strengthening agent, lipid, emulsifier and natural preservative as supplementary materials, dried at 30- 40℃ for 1 h, the biological preservative films could act as a good vapor barrier and have good mechanical strength, preservation.
