从发展的需要和空间、人才条件、资源条件、业务基础几个方面阐述了高校图书馆成为科技查新主力军的重要性和必要性,并就高校查新站如何在竞争中脱颖而出的问题提出了若干措施。
This paper explains the importance and necessity that university library becomes the main force of the scitech novelty retrieval from the needs and space, talents condition, resources condition, business foundation and other aspects, and puts forward some measures for the revealing of university library in the competition.
