摘要
阐述了国家高新区在新时期促进科技进步和增强自主创新能力的重要地位,并结合高新区的发展经验和现状,从优化创新创业环境、建立技术创新体系、实施创新型人才战略、拓宽科技融资渠道以及发展产业集群等方面就如何提升高新区区域自主创新能力提出了一些建议和意见。
This paper expounds the important position of the national high-tech zones in promoting the SCl-tecn progress and strengthening the independent innovative ability in the new period, and connecting with the developing experiences and present situation of the high-tech zones, puts forward some suggestions and opinions on how to lift the regional independent innovative ability of the high-tech zone from aspects of optimizing the environment for the innovation and pioneering work, establishing the technical innovation system; carrying out the innovation-type talents strategy, broadening the sci-tech financing channels, and developing the industrial groups, etc.
