摘要
采用作者研究发明的新型球化剂,对超高碳钢钢水孕育处理,使铸态获得球状石墨的球墨铸钢;并分析了球墨铸钢铸态、退火、正火、锻造后的组织特征,同时观察到球墨铸钢正火、锻造处理可获得大量的球状碳化物现象,与传统的高碳钢碳化物球状工艺有显著的差异。
The paper studied and analyzed uitra-high carbon cast steel with spheroidal graphite microstructure morphology after as-casting,annealing,normalizing and forging with spheroidal graphite cast steel by means of appropriate treatment using the spheroidal agents developed by the author on the liquid of steel.It was found that there was a large amount of spheroidal carbide in the microstructure after normalizing or forging,which is quite different from the traditional technique for carbide spheroidizing of high carbon steel.
