摘要
基于弹性力学和断裂力学理论,探讨了颗粒粉碎的机理,认为颗粒粉碎是原生裂纹失稳扩展的结果,得出粉碎能耗与原生裂纹长度成反比的结论,并认为原生裂纹长度随粒度减小而减小.最后导出了普遍适用的粉碎能耗与粒度关系式.
Based on the theory of elastic mechanics and fracture mechanics,the mechanism of comminution was studied deeply. It is considered that comminution was resulted from the unstable development of primary crack in particle,and the energy consumption was inversely proportional to the length of primary crack,and the length of primary crack decreased with decreasing the particle size. Finally,the relationship between energy consumption and particle size was deduced, which was suitable for whole comminution processing.
