摘要
教师聘任制是中小学人事制度改革的重要内容。本文综述了近年来关于中小学教师聘任制研究的主要内容,并在分析研究特点的基础上,对中小学教师聘任问题的研究方向提出了建议。
The system of appointment is an important part in the reform of personnel system of primary and secondary schools. This paper sums up the main researches on such a reform and propses some suggestions of the discussion.
