摘要
我国齿轮热处理技术随着高参数硬齿面齿轮制造技术的发展而获得发展,先进技术的引进又进一步促进了我国这一技术水平的提高。本文主要叙述了我国硬齿面齿轮热处理中的渗碳、渗氮及感应淬火的应用情况、存在的关键技术问题,以及解决这些问题的途径。
The heat treatment of gears in China has been developed with the development of manufacturing technology of high performance hardened gears, and which get further improvement due to importance of the advanced gear manufacturing technique from abroad. The present paper made a descrption of application of carburizing, nitriding, induction hardening of gears, and indicated the key technique points in these heat treatments, as well as proposed some approaches to solve the problems met in practice.
