腺苷对缺血再灌注损伤时的保护作用——抗脂质过氧化 被引量:11

摘要 为了探讨腺苷在缺血再灌注损伤中的作用,在大鼠四血管结扎缺血再灌注模型上,用硫代巴比妥酸显色法和化学发光法测定了脑组织的丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD活性,观察了腺苷A_1受体激动剂CHA(cyclohexyladenosine)的影响。结果显示:CHA可以降低缺血再灌注时脑组织中MDA的含量,但对SOD活性没有明显影响。提示腺苷可以抑制自由基的产生,对缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。 The effects of adenosine on reperfusion injury was investigated by measuring malondiadehyde(MDA) contents and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in 4 - vessel occlusion and reperfusion rat brain. We found that the MDA content and SOD activity were significantly increased in control group (491. 2 ± 41. 01nmol/g wet wt and 9. 12±0. 82u/mg wet wt) as compared with sham operated group (349. 45 ± 32. 71 and 7. 99±0. 33, respectively). In CHA -treated (0. 8mg/kg, ip) group, MDA content (451. 56±42. 82, P<0. 05) was sigiticantly decreased and SOD activity (9. 38±1. 01) had no difference as compared with control group. The results suggested that adenosine has the effects of scavenging oxygen free radicals and inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
