摘要
采用腰脊神经后支切断术治疗顽固性腰背痛２２例，讨论了腰神经后支的应用解剖。认为腰背痛与腰脊神经后支存在密切联系，利用腰神经后支的分布规律，从主诉痛点部位，沿受累神经自远端向近端追踪神经来源，在近端便可找到腰痛的原发部位，神经定位和后支阻滞试验为神经后支切断提供了重要依据。文中详细介绍了手术方法，对手术适应提出讨论，认为该手术简单，效果确切，可达到永久止痛。
2 cases of intractable back pain were treated by the posterior ramus neurectomy. The arthors discussed the neurectomyof the spinal cord nerve tracts and thought that the posterior ramus has a close relation with back pain. The paper gave thedetailed operation procedure and discussed the indications of operation. The authors though that tbe operation was easy andthe results was well. The patients felt no pain foreverafter the operation.
