Powder molding process and modification of scrap rubber powder elastomer

摘要 采用传统的高分子成型设备,通过添加少量的三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA),经界面原位反应制备了具有良好性能的胶粉弹性体,研究了成型温度、成型时间和TMPTMA用量对胶粉弹性体性能的影响,并用扫描电镜分析了该胶粉弹性体的界面形态。结果表明,成型温度、成型时间和TMPTMA用量对胶粉弹性体的力学性能产生了显著影响,其最佳条件为200℃,60min,3份;在胶粉中加入的TMPTMA可同胶粉形成交联结构,增强了与胶粉的黏合程度,从而使得胶粉弹性体的界面得到了明显的改善。 The scrap rubber powder elastomer with good performance was prepared by in-situ reaction adding a little amount of trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate ester ( TMPTMA ) and molding process using conventional polymer molding machines. The molding temperature, molding time and amount of TMPTMA were investigated. The interface morphology of the scrap rubber powder elastomer was analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the molding temperature, molding timeand amount of TMPTMA had remarkable effects on the mechanical properties of the scrap rubber powder elastomer. The optimal conditions were 200 ℃, 60 min,and 3 phr. The scrap rubber powder could be crosslinked by TMPTMA,and the degree of adhesion was enhanced. The interface of the scrap rubber powder elastomer could be obviously improved.
