摘要
制备了再生胶/粉煤灰路面材料,讨论了聚氯乙烯用量、天然橡胶用量、铝酸酯偶联剂质量分数(以粉煤灰用量为基准)和粉煤灰用量对其性能的影响。结果表明,当再生胶用量为100份、聚氯乙烯用量为10份、天然橡胶用量为40份、铝酸酯偶联剂质量分数为2·2%、粉煤灰用量为60份时,再生胶/粉煤灰路面材料的综合性能最佳,符合路面材料的标准。
The reclaimed rubber/fly ash pavement was prepared. The amount of polyvinyl chloride, amount of natural rubber, mass fraction of aluminate coupling agent based on amount of fly ash, and amount of fly ash were discussed. The results showed that the complex properties of the reclaimed rubber/ fly ash pavement were optimum, and accorded withthe standardization of pavement when reclaimed rubber 100 phr,polyvinyl chloride 10 phr, natural rubber 40 phr, mass fraction of aluminate coupling agent 2.2%, and fly ash 60 phr.
