摘要
目的:观察刺五加对小鼠急性心肌缺氧的保护作用。方法:常压缺氧条件下分别观察小鼠平均存活时间和心肌耗氧量;采用夹闭气管法观察小鼠平均心电消失时间。结果:刺五加注射液高、低剂量组均能延长小鼠平均存活时间,降低心肌耗氧量。结论:刺五加注射液能明显降低小鼠心肌氧耗,保护缺氧心肌,延长小鼠存活时间。
Objective:To observe the role of acanthopanax senticosus injection in the protection of acute myocardial anoxia in mice. Methods:The mean survival time and the capacity of myocardial oxygen consumption under ordinary pressure in mice were observed and the disappearance time of electrocardiographic sign in mice was measured by clamping their trache. Results: Acanthopanax senticosus injection of various dosages could prolong the mean survival time and decrease the disappearance time of electrocardiographic sign in mice. Conclusions: Acanthopanax senticosus injection can evidently reduce the capacity of myocardial oxygen consumption, protect the hypoxic myocardium and increase the ability of anti-stress in mice with acute myocardial anoxia.
