Research and practice of novel curricular construction in nursing with clinical skills as its core

摘要 自1983年开始恢复高等护理教育至今,我国高等护理教育在课程设置、课程内容、特别是护理实践技能的课程体系还停留在传统的模式上,跟不上现代医学和护理模式转变的步伐。本课题通过对我省124家各级各类医院及护理人员进行调查访谈,针对目前临床护理工作中常用的护理技能操作项目进行摸底调查,提出了以“核心技能为基础,综合技能为目标”,独立设置大专层次护理专业实践技能课程体系的思路并进行了尝试,取得了较好的教学成效。 Since the recurrence of higher nursing education in 1983, it has been always enable to keep adaptable to the improvement of modern medicine and nursing in the curricular contents and construction especially in the clinical nursing skills training which has still remained in the traditional approadch. In our research we have investigated and interviewed many nurses in 124 hospitals of different ranks and types, and explored the ordinary skills of clinical nursing. Based on these information we have presented a novel method “core skills as foundation, aiming at general skills”, which requires a separate course of training and practicing. We have also applied this into our teaching, and verified its effectiveness.
