摘要 急性心肌梗死(AM I)一直是临床关注的重症疾患之一,它的早期诊断至关重要。血清生化标志物凭借其特异性及敏感性,在AM I的早期诊断中具有重要的地位,现就国内外有关方面的实验研究报道作一综述。 Acute myocardial infarction,a clinical severe disease,is a focus in clinical practice, Serum biochemical markers with their specificity and sensitivity play a significant role in the early diagnosis of AMI, We review the experimental studies at home and abroad concerning this topic.
