摘要
根据近红外光谱吸收原理提出了测量CO气体浓度的测量装置,引入普通通信光纤进行光信号传输,降低了光路设计中的技术难度。介绍了该装置的工作原理,基本结构及主要技术指标,着重讨论了技术特色及相应优势。与中远红外光谱吸收相比,该装置大大降低了器件成本。
The system of concentration measurement of carbon monoxide based on a near-infrared spectrum absorption theory is presented. Common communication optical fiber is introduced into this system to transmit optical signal, and then the complication of designing optical-path is reduced. The principle, the structure and the main specifications of the instrument are introduced, and the technological feature and its corresponding advantage are discussed. Compared with the mid-infrared spectrum absorption, the total cost of devices is cut down greatly.
