摘要
自制水溶性含磷阻燃剂微胶囊,研究其棉织物整理液的配方,并添加无机助剂与阻燃剂复配,以提高阻燃效能。试验结果表明,在整理液中添加7 g Sb2O3,10 g微胶囊,1 g分散剂NNO,1 g渗透剂JFC,1 g甘油,10 g粘合剂,并再添加5 g含磷化合物,即可赋予织物较好的阻燃效果,但耐洗性较差。
Water-based microcapsule containing phosphorus for flame resistance is prepared, experiments are carried out on cotton fabric with the combination of inorganic substances and flame retardant to enhance the efficiency. Results show that follow- ing process can impart good flame proofing results to cotton fabric in spite of poor washing fastness, such as 7 g Sb203, 10g microcapsule, 1 g dispersant NNO, 1g penetrant JFC, 1 g glycerin, 10 g binder, as well as 5 g chemicals containing phosphorus.
