摘要 直线永磁同步电机直接推力滞环控制,导致开关频率不定及稳态运行时会有明显的推力和磁链脉动产生。针对这些问题,提出了一种低脉动、快速动态响应、恒开关频率的直接推力电压矢量预测控制方法,该方法根据磁链及推力差预测下一时刻的参考电压,并采用空间矢量调制技术确定逆变器开关时间。仿真结果表明,与传统的DTC方法相比,该方法不但保持了快速响应的特点,且稳态运行时的磁链、推力脉动得到明显改善,开关频率也可根据需要在一定范围内进行选择。 Direct thrust control for interior permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (IPMLSM) with hysteresis causes notable thrust as well as flux and current pulses during steady-state operation or with uncertain switch frequency. It introduces a new direct thrust and flux control method based on space-vector modulation for IPMLSM drives. It is able to reduce the force, flux, current and speed pulsations during steady state. The DTC transient merits are preserved, while better quality steady-state performance is achieved. It is concluded that the proposed control topology produces better results for steady-state operation than that of classical DTC.
