接触问题有限元分析在发动机气缸垫上应用 被引量:2

摘要 采用SolidW orks软件,对单体式气缸盖柴油机的气缸盖与气缸垫进行三维建模,并利用AN SY S软件进行了模型转换、划分网格、接触设置、施加边界条件后,对接触状态下气缸垫的应力进行了计算。结果表明,此气缸垫的强度满足使用要求。 The precise 3D model of the cylinder head and the cylinder gasket of diesel engine with single unit cylinder head was modeled by using Solid Works. Transformation to FE-model, meshing and seting contact areas by ANSYS were completed after throwing the boundary conditions. The stress of cylinder gasket in contacting conditions was also computed. The results expatiated that the strength of such cylinder head gasket meet the need when being used.
