摘要 将多聚磷酸铵(APP)_季戊四醇(PT)_三聚氰胺(M)体系选作膨胀型阻燃剂,研究了聚丙烯/膨胀型阻燃添加剂(PP/IFR)共混物的熔化及非等温结晶行为.从DSC获得的结果表明,IFR对PP的熔化行为影响很小,但IFR的加入导致PP/IFR共混物的结晶速率比纯PP加快,Avrami指数n和结晶速率常数Zc说明其等温结晶过程为典型的三维生长的异核球状结晶;POM和SEM分析证明,IFR影响PP球晶的尺寸,但不影响其形貌结构. Ammonium polyphosphate (APP)-pentaerythritol (PT)-melamine (M) system was selected as an intumescent flame retardant (IFR), the nonisothermal crystallization and melting behavior of PP/IFR composites were studied. The results obtained from DSC curve showed that it is almost insignificant for the IFR affecting the melting behavior of PP. But the addition of IFR resulted in that the crystallization rate of PP/IFR composite is faster than that of pure PP. The Avrami exponent n and the crystallization rate constant Zc indicated that a typical three-dimension growth of spherulite with heterogeneous nucleation occurred in the nonisothermal crystallization process; POM micrographs and SEM analysis demonstrated that IFR affects the spherulites size of PP, but don't affects the morphology.
