摘要
国内外对环境影响评价的研究是在环境影响经济评价、环境政策评价、战略环境评价和区域环境评价等几个方面展开的,本文在环境影响评价研究综述基础上,指出了目前环境影响评价研究存在的问题,探讨了环境影响评价研究今后的发展方向和趋势.
The research of environmental impact assessment inside and outside the country expands in economical assessment of envrionmental impact,policy assessment,strategic environmental assessment and regional environmental assessment four aspects. On the basis of summarizing the status quo of the research on environmental impact assessment, the paper indicats the problems exist at present, and discusses the general orientation and trend.
