摘要
文章对国内外森林生物多样性减少的情况及原因进行了概述，认为保护生物多样性必须从根本原因着手，采用价格体系和市场机制等激励措施，阻止社会经济活动的过度扩张。研究森林生物多样性减少的机理和保护对策，对从深层次上掌握森林生物多样性保护面临的主要威胁和如何从根本上保护提供了第一手资料，对制定保护政策和公众参与等有重要的意义和推广应用价值。
This paper studies the observing reasons, the ultimate reasons and the interactive mechanism for the forest biodiversity decrease under the integral concept of ecology-economy based on research and analyse thoroughly to the current situation of forest biodiversity decrease. It ponits out that some measures must be taken from the ultimate reasons to protect biodiversity, such incentive measures as the pricing system and market mechanism must be adopted, etc., to prevent the excessive expansion of the social economic activity. Finally, this paper shows that, it has important meanings and values to make the protective pohcy and citizen＇s participation the biodiversity protection to study the mechanism of the forest biodiversity decrease and protection countermeasures, as well as to know forest biodiversity main threats that protection faced and how protect and offer the firsthand materials timdamentally from the deep-levd, etc. Also it has practical values to carry out protection pohcies.
