摘要
研究了冻结管变形受力非线性微分关系,提出了研究冻结管变形受力的基本途径。根据在深表土掘进中冻结壁井帮位移特征,采用复合三角函数曲线逼近挠度曲线近似求解冻结管的内力分布,研究表明,在掘进段附近,冻结管主要作用力是弯矩,并伴有拉伸、剪力的复合作用,存在多处受力峰值。井帮单位高度变形值及冻结管的变形刚度是影响冻结管受力的主要因素。
Based on non-linearity differential relation, a basic approach for studying stressing of deformation of freeze pipe is proposed. According to the displacement features of ice wall a composite trigonometric function is used to approximate the deflection curve of freeze pipe to get the distribution of inner forces on freeze pipe. It is found that in the excavation section, the freeze pipe is mainly affected by bending moment accompanied by tensile and shear stresses. And peak stresses are found in many places. The main factors which affect the stressing of freeze pipe are unit displacement of ice wall and stiffness of the freeze pine.
