摘要
在物料平衡的基础上,建立了两阶段煤炭地下气化方法理想气化参数的计算模型。通过对模型试验结果的分析,指出了该气化方法温度场发展过程的一般规律和中热值地下水煤气的形成原因,从而得到了一些工艺控制参数。反向两阶段煤炭地下气化方法能够获得热值Q=12.56MJ/m3以上的地下水煤气,该煤气由水煤气和干馏煤气组成,与同向两阶段气化方法相比,进一步提高了气化过程的热效率。
On the basis of material balance, a model of two-stage underground coal gasification in counter directions is built with ideal gasification parameters. According to the results of model test, the general rules of development of the temperature field and formation of underground water gas of medium heat value are described. Some parameters for controlling the technology are obtained. Gas with a heat value greater than Q=12. 56 MJ/m ̄3 can be obtained by using the method and it consists of water gas and pyrolysis gas. Thermal efficiency of counter directions process is higher than that of same direction.
