摘要
目的通过观察帕米磷酸二钠(商品名:博宁)在恶性肿瘤骨转移性骨痛治疗中的疗效,探讨其治疗机理、方法、疗效、剂量及骨转移的机理.方法 36 例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者,每月静点博宁 90 mg/次,疗程一天,持续 3～5 h,连用 2～3 疗程.结果总有效率:完全缓解+部分缓解(CR+PR)84%.既缓解了患者的痛苦,又提高了生存质量.治疗过程中出现的轻微副作用停药后很快消失.结论博宁治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移性骨痛起效快、副作用小、安全、止痛效果好,值得临床大力推广.
Objective To investigate the effects of （PD） in the treatment of bone pain due to metastasis of malignant tumor. Methods Thirty six patients with malignant metastasis were observed. The patients received 90 mg PD as a 3 - 5 hrs intravenous infusion every 3-4 wks for 2-3 times. Results Bone pain was relieved, the total efficiency was 84%.The side effects were mild and disappeared quality after stopping drug administration. Conclusion PD is effective in relieving bone pain in patients with metastatic bone cancer malignant tumor and metastasis of bone. The side effects are mild.
