摘要
目的了解高校教师常见的压力状况及其影响因素,以期探索出相应的措施,为推行制度改革、加强师资队伍管理和合理利用人力资源提供科学依据。方法用整群随机抽样,对武汉市3所部属综合性大学的332名教师,采用“个人资料问卷”及“高校教师压力量表”进行调查,对结果进行描述性分析。以压力的高低程度为应变量,采用有序多分类Logistic回归模型对其影响因素进行分析。结果高校教师总体压力水平偏高,男教师的压力明显高于女教师(P<0.05),硕士以上文化程度的教师压力较大专以下文化程度的教师压力显著增大(P<0.05),不同年龄、不同教龄的教师压力无显著性差异(P>0.05)。同时,影响高校教师压力的因素有社会因素、学校管理及制度、个人职业发展、人际关系、自我身心、工作负荷和学生方面等。结论教师压力的影响因素涵盖社会的、组织的、教学的、环境的、人际关系的、心理的等方面。社会、学校应予以高度重视,并采取有效措施,增强教师的应对能力,建立和完善社会支持系统,维护和促进高校教师的心理健康。
Objective The status and influencing factors of stress among teachers in university were investigated to explore the corresponding measurements, and to provide a reliable basis for pushing ahead with the reform of human affair system, strengthening the management of teachers and taking advantage of human resources. Methods By use of cluster sampling method, a total of 332 teachers from three universities in Wuhan city were included in this study by adopting selfmade “Personal Data Questionnaire” and “Scale for Stress on University Teachers”. The outcome data were analyzed by descriptive design. The influencing factors of stress were analyzed by using cumulative logistic regression model. Results The status of stress of males were obviously greater than that of females (P 〈 0.05 ). The status of stress of teachers in high education level were distinctively greater than that of teachers in low level ( P 〈 0.05 ) , while the difference of stress conditions in respects of age, years of working was of no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05 ). The source of stress among teachers were orderly from society factors, management and system of university, occupational development, relationship with others, body and mind of themselves, working load and matters of students. Conclusion The influencing factors of stress among teachers contain social factors, organic factors, didactical factors, environmental factors, factors of relationship with others and mental factors, etc. Society and management of school should attach great importance to the considerably high degree of stress among teachers in university. Effective measures should be taken to strengthen adaptability of teachers, to establish and perfect the system of social support and to improve teachers' mental health.
