摘要
报道了合成环氧化合物的新方法.于水存在下1,3-二溴-5,5-二甲基已内酰脲与直链脂肪族、脂环族、芳香族等含活泼双键化合物进行次溴酸化反应生成溴醇、在碱作用下消除溴化氢得环氧产物,总收率73%~86%.
A novel method for the synthesis of epoxide was reported. The aliphatic, alicyclic andaromatic hydrocarbons containing active double bonds can be hypobrominated by using 1,3-dibromu-5,5-dimethylhydartoin in the presence of water to give bromhydrios(4) from which hydrogen bromide was eliminated by base cyclization to give the corresponding epoxide in 73%~86% overall yield.
