摘要 对双层结构变燃速发射药微观结构进行了研究,讨论了银纹的存在及其特征性,提出了银纹的作用机理.通过扫描电镜,可以观察到银纹厚度随温度的变化;通过密闭爆发器试验,对经高低温处理后的发射药燃烧性能和原样的燃烧性能进行比较;在某口径火炮上进行内弹道试验,分析其高温、低温、常温内弹道性能.通过银纹厚度随温度的变化,调整发射药的燃烧面积,使变燃速发射药具有所希望的能量释放规律.实验结果表明了银纹原理的正确性、银纹的稳定性及银纹的存在使双层结构变燃速发射药具有明显的低温度系数. The microstructure of two-layered variable-burning rate propellant was studied. The existence and characters of crazes were proved and the compensating mechanism of crazes was put forward. Using scanning electron microscope, we could observe the thickness of crazes changed with temperature; in the closed bomb test, compared the combustion characters of the treated propellant with that of original propellant, analyzed the interior ballistic performances at different temperatures on a certain shrapnel shell. By the changes of thickness of the crazes with temperature, the burning area of the propellant is changed and the desire discharge rule of the propellant is realized. The result indicates that the correct principle of crazes, the stability of crazes and the existence of crazes cause the two-layered alterable-burning rate propellant to have low temperature coefficient.
