摘要
研究了标准水养28d后水泥砂浆在20℃、35℃且相对湿度为100%~50%不同环境条件下的干燥收缩规律,主要考虑水灰比、硅灰、粉煤灰三种因素的影响.结果表明:随着相对湿度的降低,水泥砂浆的干燥收缩不断增长,但增长速率逐渐减慢.同一相对湿度条件下,水泥砂浆收缩随着环境温度的提高而增大;且相对湿度越低,这种趋势越明显.
Drying shrinkage of mortars was measured in different environments with two temperatures of 20℃ and 35℃, and different relative humidity from 100% to 50%. The mortar specimens were made with different w/c ratios, silica fume dosages and fly ash dosages, and they were cured in water for 28 days before the shrinkage measurement. The results show that the drying shrinkage of mortar developes higher with the decreasing ambient humidity, and the development speed of shrinkage becomes gradually slow. When the relative humidity is kept as the same, a higher temperature leads to a higher shrinkage of mortar, and the influence of temperature on shrinkage shows clearer under the lower relative humidity.
