摘要 为了合理地估算船舶中间产品装配作业工时,提出了产品相似实例检索规则和算法.该算法应用神经网络获取实例产品的工时规律,并按此预测当前产品的装配作业工时.最后开发了船舶装配作业工时智能估算系统(IMHEA S).经企业实际验证,该方法可以更加高效、准确地估算船舶中间产品作业工时. In order to estimate the assembly man-hour of a new product reasonably, the principle and corresponding algorithms of the similar case retrieval were proposed. Based on these samples that were retrieved, a model to predict the assembly man-time of target product using neural network was established.Finally, an intelligent man-hour estimate system for assembly of shipbuilding (IMHESAS) was developed by above methods. It is verified that the man-hour of assembly calculation using IMHESAS can be estimated more rapidly and reliably.
