摘要
我国长期以来养老保险制度基本实行的是现收现付制,这种模式表现为代际转嫁,民族地区经济相对落后,在养老保险改革中代际转嫁的问题更加突出,本文试图从现收现付制模式出发来分析其弊端,并就现收现付制模式的转型问题进行研究,从而逐步完善民族地区养老保险体系,就民族地区养老保险制度提出相应对策。
This article tries to analyse the disadvantages of the model of charging and paying on hand and studies transformation of this model so as to gradually improve system of pension insurance in ethnic areas. The author puts forward to relevant countermeasures on system of pension insurance in ethnic areas.
