摘要
太极拳是目前我国老年人用来健身治病最主要的锻炼手段,从现代生理学和医学角度看,它对于损害老年人身体健康的常见疾病,如糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化、心脏病、骨关节病、免疫和呼吸系统的机能下降等都具有良好的调节作用,从这几个方面入手阐述了太极拳的防病健身作用及其机制。
As the main physical exercise to keep fit and prevent diseases practised by the aged, Shadowboxing can effectively relieve the common diseases of the aged, such as diabetes, atherogenicity, heart disease, hone joint disease, deterioration of immunity and respiratory system. This paper expatiate on the bodybuilding and disease prevention mechanism of Shadowboxing.
