刚性弓齿与杆齿及柔性齿的脱粒对比试验 被引量:30

摘要 传统的水稻脱粒系统通过刚性弓齿、钉齿和杆齿对水稻进行打击脱粒,造成水稻籽粒破碎或者籽粒内部损伤,降低了种子发芽率和大米加工的成米率.为了降低水稻籽粒脱粒破碎率,对刚性弓齿、杆齿与柔性杆齿进行脱粒比较试验.结果表明,相对其他脱粒齿而言,柔性杆齿质量轻,种子破碎率显著降低,未脱净损失减少,含杂率降低,发芽率高. The paddy seeds were often broken or even damaged, and its germination rate or integral rice rate was reduced by the method of traditional half-feeding thresher, because it often impacts and sorts out paddy rice by wire-loop, rigid spike-tooth or rigid pole tooth. In order to reduce the damages of the paddy seeds, and improve the germination rate and the integral rice rate, contrastive studies on threshing by using rigid wire-loop, rigid pole tooth and flexible pole tooth have been done and introduced. The conclusion indicated that the effect of flexible pole tooth on threshing was better compared to rigid teeth's, since production efficiency was increased and the damage rate was reduced distinctly, furthermore, the un-threshed rate, impurity and power take-off frequency gotten were decreased.
