On Biological Characteristics of Herse convolvuli Linné's Larvae

摘要 为合理开发利用甘薯天蛾,研究了甘薯天蛾幼虫的生物学特性,包括不同龄期幼虫的历期、体长、取食量、有效积温、发育起点温度及回归方程.结果表明,甘薯天蛾幼虫共有5个龄期且龄期数不受温度、饲料的影响;在不同光照条件下生长发育的幼虫,幼虫体色会出现分化;此外,还测定了虫体营养物质的含量,其中虫体铅含量为1.125g/kg,超过了FAO/WHO规定的食品中铅含量的上限,认为该虫不宜直接作为饲用和食用昆虫. To exploit Herse convolvuli Linné, the biological characteristics of larvae of it have been studied in this paper. Development duration, the length of the body, the effective accumulated temperature and development zero of larva in different stadium are all determined in the experiment as well as regression equation. The results show that larvae of Herse convolvuli Linné have five stadia altogether, the number of which is not influenced by temperature and feed. Under the different condition of illumination, the differentiation of the colour of the larva's body can be observed. The content of nutrients of its larvae is also determined in the experiment. The content of lead of larva is 1.125 g/kg, which exceeds its upper limit in food prescribed by FAO/WHO. So a conclusion can be drawn that Herse convolvuli Linnér can't be directly used for fodder and food.
