摘要
鲜食糯玉米杂交育种既要求组合高产、优质,又要求其抗性、生育期等性状符合育种目标。笔者将鲜穗重、干籽粒重、品质评分作为选育鉴定的1级指标;将穗长、穗粗、生育期作为2级指标,并赋予定值;同时在杂交种选育过程中,按田间目测、室内考种、蒸煮品尝、综合决选4步程序进行逐级选择,这不仅强化了选择的目的性,而且提高了选择效果。
According to the aim of waxy maize breeding,we can use fresh ear weight,dry grain weight and quality as the chief index of breeding and identification,use ear length and ear diameter, growth period as the secondary targets. Field estimation, the room examination plant,steam tasting, comprihensive final selecting were applied in the process of hybrid selection gradually.
