摘要
在恒温供水系统温度检测中采用多传感器数据融合技术,经过分批估计后得到不受个别传感器失效影响的温度融合结果,以提高温度测量的可靠性;利用Fuzzy控制技术对融合结果进行建模,获得模糊控制查询表,据此表控制加热单元,实现恒温供水中温度的精确控制。试验证明控制曲线的温度超调量和达到控制温度所需时间明显优于传统的PID控制。
Multi-sensor data fusion technology is used in the temperature measurement of constant temperature water supply system to improve the temperature measurement reliability. The temperature results handed by batch evaluation are not influenced by some sensors destroyed. A query table of fuzzy control is given by the Fuzzy technology, and through it the heat units are controlled. The experiment certifies that the temperature control results by this technology is better than that of the commonly used PID one.
