摘要
对锰铜合金化贝氏体低碳球铁进行了研究。测定了贝氏体低碳球铁件在几种不同锰、铜含量下的力学性能,并对金相组织进行了分析。试验结果表明:w(C)为2.0%的贝氏体低碳球铁在w(Si)为3.0%,加入w(Mn)至0.8%、加入w(Cu)至1.0%时,辅以合适的等温淬火工艺,能得到较高的力学性能。
The Mn+Cu-alloyed bainite low carbon ductile iron was investigated. The mechanical properties of bainite low carbon ductile irons with different Mn and Cu contents were measured, and their microstructures were analyzed. The result showed that, by adding up to 0.8% w (Mn) and up to 1.0% w (Cu) and adopting proper isothermal quenching process, it is possible to obtain relatively high mechanical properties.
