摘要
中小学图书馆(室)是基础教育改革事业的有机组成部分,在素质教育中显得尤为重要。它既是中小学文献信息资料交流中心,又具有综合教育的功能。它有利于学生思想品德素质的提高;有利于智力素质的发展;有利于非智力素质的培养;有助于文化素质的提升。
The primary and middle school library is an important part in the basic educational course and especially so in quality-oriented education. It is the literature and information communication center and also has the function of comprehensive education. It benefits the improvement of the students＇ moral quality, the development of their intellectual quality, the cultivation of their non-intellectual quality and the improvement of their cultural quality.
