临床患者分离的洋葱伯克霍尔德菌耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解我院洋葱伯克霍尔德菌的耐药特征。方法:使用法国生物梅里埃公司生产的VITEKAMS-60全自动微生物分析仪进行鉴定及药敏试验。部分药敏试验采用K-B法。结果:34株洋葱伯克霍尔德菌的标本来源主要为痰,占64.71%。对16种抗生素的药敏结果显示,该菌对哌拉西林、头孢他啶、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、头孢吡肟的敏感率较高,分别为88.24%,73.53%,73.53%和70.59%;对头孢噻吩、氨苄西林、头孢呋辛、妥布霉素、庆大霉素和阿米卡星耐药严重。结论:洋葱伯克霍尔德菌是一种多重耐药菌,临床治疗应结合药敏试验结果,合理选用抗生素。 To investigate the multiple resistance of Burkholderia cepacia. Methods: To use Bio-Merieux products VITEK all-automatic microbiology analysis system.Disc diffusion test was partly used by kirby-bauer method. Results: The separated proportion of 34 strains of Burkholderia ceparia was most highest in sputum (64.71%).Drug sensitive test showed that:The sensitive rate of Burkholderia cepacia to Piperacillin,Ceftazidime,Cefoperazon/Sulbactam,Cefepime was 88.24%, 73.53% ,73.53% and 70.59% respectively. It is serious that Burkholderia cepacia resist antibiotic of Cefalothin, Ampicillin, Cefuroxime, Tobramycin, Gentamicin, Amikacin. Conclusion: Burkholderia cepacia is a multiple resistant G^- bacilli. In treating infection,antimicrobial drugs should be selected according to the results of antimicrobial susceptibility test, the appropriate use of antibiotics must strengthened.
