NHE1在心肌肥大,心肌纤维化和心衰中的作用

摘要
心肌肥大、心肌纤维化是多种慢性心衰的共同病理学改变,钠氢交换体1(NHE1)是多种因子介导的心肌肥大和心肌纤维化的信号转导通路上的共同途径,直接参与了其病理生理学过程,这些因子包括多种生长因子、肾上腺素能受体激动剂、血管紧张素、内皮素、凝血酶以及直接作用于细胞上的机械性张力。从理论推理和实验学证据两方面研究NHE1参与心肌肥大、纤维化和心衰的机制具有重要的意义。
