摘要
目的建立白芷超临界CO2提取物的质量控制方法.方法采用TLC法,以石油醚(60~90℃)-乙醚(体积比2:3)为展开剂,于254 nm紫外光下检视,对本品进行鉴别;采用HPLC法对本品有效成分欧前胡素进行含量测定.结果欧前胡素在0.12~1.23μg范围内呈线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.14%.结论本方法结果准确,灵敏、专属性强,可作为白芷超临界CO2提取物的质量控制标准.
Objective To establish the quality control standard of components extracted from Angelica dahurica ( Fisch. ex Hoffm. ) Benth. et Hook. f with supercritical CO2 fluid extraction. Method The extracts substrates from imperatorin and isoimperatorin were identified with TLC. And imperatorin was determined with HPLC. Result The linear range of imperatorin is 0.12 - 1.23 mg, and the average recovery was 98.5% ( RSD 1.14% ). Conclusion The method is convenient for a good resolution and can be used for the quality control of extracts from Angelica dahurica.
