摘要
现代远程开放教育方式及其发展趋势,对师资队伍素质提出了特殊要求。教师必须转变教育观念,确立“学生中心”理念;必须转变教育模式,把握远程教育的开放性、学习的自主性等特征;必须培养较强的教育能力,包括技术应用能力和管理服务能力。
Modem long-distance and open education call for teachers of improved qualifications. Teachers must update their education philosophy and practice ＂student-centered＂ teaching. Their educational model should also be changed for long-distance and open education. They need to have teaching abilities, technical abilities and management abilities.
