摘要
国际太阳能光伏产业近年来发展迅猛。针对国际太阳能光伏发展的现状与趋势,结合我国的实际情况,对我国太阳能光伏产业的发展机遇与战略对策发表一些看法。提出了建立太阳能国家级统一机构及研究开发机构、加强国际合作、建设光伏产业原材料基地、制定优先利用太阳能政策等方面的建议。
Recently a great achievement was made in the solar energy photovoltaic industry in the world. According to the international developing actuality and trend of the solar energy photovoltaic industry and the situation of China, some opinions were shown about the developing opportunity and strategic countermeasure of solar energy photovoltaic industry in China. Several advice were given, including setting up national solar energy leading and R ＆ D organization, intensifying international cooperation, creating production bases of photovohaic raw materials, constituting the preferential policy of the application of solar energy.
