摘要
在锂离子电池短路安全性实验的基础上,分析了短路保护的重要性,设计出了一种新型的锂离子电池组保护电路。该保护电路可方便地运用在采用MOSFET开关的电流保护电路中。该电路根据短路时电池组电压的变化来设计,并通过实验验证了该保护电路能够在5μs内动作,从而保护电池组。
Based on the safety experiment of short-circuit, a protection circuit of Li-ion battery piles was designed and the importance of short-circuit protection was analyzed. This kind of protection circuit could be easily used in the current protection circuits with MOSFET switch. This circuit which could act in 5 μs by detecting the change of the voltage of the battery piles was demonstrated to validate in experiment.
