摘要
目的探讨应用椎间盘镜微创手术(MED)治疗单纯腰椎侧隐窝狭窄症的临床效果。方法应用MED治疗单纯腰椎侧隐窝狭窄症患者22例,随访6￣15个月,平均10个月,按日本骨科学会(JOA)15分法评定疗效。结果本组手术时间30￣90min,平均42.5min;出血量10￣80mL,平均38.7mL;症状改善率平均达91.3%。结论MED治疗既能解除神经根压迫,又最大限度地保持了小关节结构的完整性,对脊柱稳定性的影响小,是治疗单纯腰椎侧隐窝狭窄症的理想方法。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of microendoscopic discectomy （MED） on simple lumbar stegnotic lacunaris （SLSL）. Methods MED was used to treat 22 cases of SLSL. The following visits were given to the cases for 6 to 15 months （an average of 10 months）. The curative effect was evaluated according to the 15- score method of Japanese Osteology Academy （JOA）. Results The times of MED in the patients were 30-90 min. with an average of 42.5 min. The quantity of bleeding were 10-80mL with an average of 38.7mL. The average symptom relieving rate was 91.3 %. Conclusion MED is an ideal therapy for treating SLSL, which can relieve the radicular syndrome, protect small joints and has a slight influence on the spinal stabilization.
