ZHD─1型微冲击振动仪诱发骨折端微动对骨折愈合的影响 被引量:2

摘要 兔实验性股骨干骨折髓针内固定,术后随机分成振动组、对照组,振动组用ZHD─1型微振仪(冲击力大小43克,频率0.5Hz)诱发骨折段微动,对照组仅作对照,结果证明,振动组骨折愈合快,肢体血流量、骨痂光密度、骨折段的扭距优于对照组。 Thirty-two New Zealand rabbits were made a fracture on the right side of disphyseal femoral withintramedullary nailing.The rabbits were randomly divided into vibration group and control group.Vibrationgroup,femoral condyle was vibrated by ZHD-1 type microvibration instrument of the power 27V, 30mA,43gram and frequency of 0.5Hz which induced micromovement at fracture site. Control group was not given anystimulations. The results showed vibration group was more quicklywithfracture healing,the assay of blood flowing,peri-ousteum callus,X-ray density examination,torgue and rigidity was higher.
