摘要
电子商务作为一种全新的商务模式,是人们所注目的焦点.介绍了电子商务的概念,重点分析了电子商务的哲理特性和技术特性,在此基础上提出了在这种全新的商业运作模式中,企业管理的各个方面将会发生的变化以及应对措施.
As a completely new commercial model, E-commerce has become a main concern of all the people. This paper briefly presents the concept of E-Commerce. The theoretic characteristics and technological characteristics of E-Commerce are analyzed. Based on the changes in various aspects of enterprise management under E-Commerce are discussed.
