摘要 应用模糊参数自适应P ID控制器实现线切割机钼丝的张力控制,减小钼丝的抖动频率和幅度,提高线切割加工质量.设计了基于模糊参数自适应P ID控制器的线切割机钼丝恒张力伺服控制系统,较好地解决了钼丝张力的恒定控制问题,提高了系统的动态品质,改善了系统的鲁棒性. The tension control of molybdenum wire produces a direct effect on the range and the frequency of its vibration, thus,affecfing the quality of the wire cutting. PID controller is designed based on fuzzy parameter adap five, and it applicates in constant tension of molybdenum wire control of wire cutting mechine. It can resolve constant tension of molybdenum wire control of wire cutting mechine better, and improve dynamic quality and robust of system.
