摘要
利用正交设计法研究由丙烯酸和十六醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,采用微波加热法合成丙烯酸十六酯。通过方差分析,探讨了催化剂用量、微波功率和辐射时间以及它们之间的交互作用对合成丙烯酸十六酯产率的影响。结果表明,辐射时间的改变对产率的影响高度显著,催化剂用量和微波功率的改变对产率影响显著,并且这三个因素之间存在交互作用,当催化剂用量、微波功率和辐射时间分别为质量分数0.8%2、60 W和15 min时,合成丙烯酸十六酯的产率在96%以上。
The orthogonal design was utilized to study the hexadecyl acrylate synthesis by microwave irradiation using acrylic acid and hexadeeyl alcohol as raw materials and toluene-p-sulfonie acid as catalyst. The effects of contents of catalyst, and their interaction of catalyst and the irradiation time and the microwave power varying capacity on the yield were investigated by variance analysis. The experimental results showed that the irradiation time varying capacity has obvious influence on the yield, as well as the catalyst and the microwave power varying capacity have. And the interactions of these three factors have some influence on the yield. As using 0.8 % catalyst and 260W microwave power lasting for 12min the product yield is more than 96 %.
