摘要
病理报告作为重要的医学文件,在指导临床诊断与治疗结直肠癌方面具有不可替代的重要作用.不仅如此,在临床医师为病人选择治疗方案、判断临床治疗效果、推测肿瘤病人的预后等方面也成为重要的证据性文件.结直肠癌病理报告的质量是以规范的病理学检查为基础的,在病理医师与临床医师的共同讨论中得以完善.
Pathological report, as the important medical document, has the un-replaced importance to direct clinical diagnosis and therapy ofcolorectal cancer. At thesame time, it also becomes the important evidence of the doctor to choose the treatment plan, verdict therapeutic efficacy and suspect the prognosis of patient of tumor. The standards of pathological examination are the basement of quality of pathological report. The quality of pathological report is also consummated by discussion of pathological doctor and clinical doctor.
